David is an industry veteran with more than three decades of experience, holding professional, technical, and managerial roles in the telecommunications and consumer electronics sectors. He holds numerous industry accreditations from leading automation/control, lighting manufacturers, industry trade groups, and is the sole inventor for two published U.S. patents.
David is a retired military veteran, with more than two decades of service serving in the US Navy and Air Force where he specialized in the electronics and telecommunications fields.
David graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Computer Science.
Ryan Charon

Ryan Charon is the Chief Operations Officer and co-founder of RAVE Lighting and Technology.
Ryan is an industry veteran with almost three decades of operations experience working directly with clients, leading field and corporate teams, and working side by side with a menagerie of partners from many disciplines and from coast to coast. He specializes in developing strategy, enabling execution, and driving for results in both the smallest and largest settings.
Ryan graduated with a degree from the University of North Dakota, but is adamant that he has always learned the most from the talented people he has been fortunate enough to be surrounded by.
